Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment and Paypal for parts, if you wish to purchase a machine then we will contact you to arrange a bank transfer. This site is for UK use only. If you want to buy from outside the UK please e mail your enquiry and we will price it for you. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for parts and bank transfer for machine sales. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, e-mail or over the Internet. Due to fraud we prefer you to e-mail your order with your telephone number so we can contact you to get your payment details. This information will be shredded when it is finished with. Cheques are also accepted but please be aware that they take 7 working days to clear and the goods will not be shipped until at least this time. Therefore if your order is urgent arrange to make a payment via bank transfer (BACS). When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
We use a lot of different methods to ship goods to you. Carriage charges are listed on each page for the relevant machine, parts and accessories if ordered together will be shipped together and we will contact you to inform you of the relevant options and charges. Shipping is only an approximate cost supplements will apply to London, Wales, Scotland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Ireland and these charges will be confirmed to you on receipt of order. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you today if it is in stock and the order in placed before 3.30pm. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. For companies using a credit card who have not dealt with Demon International before additional security checks will be carried out due to the increase in card fraud. These checks will take place swiftly in order not to hold up the transaction and your co-operation is appreciated. |

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Under distance selling regulations your machine can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods as long as it has not been used and in its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return carriage costs, by a courier to Demon Head Office. Original carriage will not be eligible for a refund. This only applies to our standard product range, any special build equipment including the Storm 500, Typhoon, Typhoon Evolution are not covered by this policy. Please check prior to ordering if a return will be possible. |
