High Pressure V Twin Engine
This Tornado Bowser is manufactured with a Honda V Twin engine and built following a demand for a high pressure machine with its own water supply.
This machine has a spec of 24 HP, 21 litres per minute. Demon still have availability of these types of engines ranging from 3500-4000psi. They are the ideal solution to drain cleaning and high pressure cleaning activity.

Car Wash Pressure Washers
Most pressure washers are built in a frame to be easily moved around but this is not always required. Recently a car wash service required two pressure washers with the spec of the Storm 1 as they wanted to store them in a container on site.
We adapted them to be placed on a plate with carry handles to move when required and longer power switches for outside of the container.

Pressure Washer with Chalwyn Valve
This is a diesel Hurricane machine which has been adapted specifically for the petro-chemical industry. It comes with the following two features:
Chalwyn Valve - If flammable gas or vapour is drawn into the intake of a diesel engine it acts as an additional ungoverned fuel supply. When this occurs the only certain way to stop the engine is by the operation of an air intake shut down (shut off) valve. Failure to stop the engine can result in uncontrolled engine overspeed followed by mechanical failure or flash back from the intake resulting in ignition of the surrounding flammable atmosphere.
Spark Arrestor - Diesel Engine exhaust spark arrestors are a basic but key safety feature for both hazardous area and lower risk diesel engine applications such as petro-chemical industry, forestry or agriculture where a stray spark may cause ignition of combustible material. Virtually all legislation with regard to operating a diesel engine in a hazardous area includes a mandatory requirement to fit a properly tested and approved exhaust spark arrestor.
